Burning off

Last day of July and perfect weather for a bonfire. I have to say, life seems really simple when the kids are happy playing in the paddock, with no other toys other than sticks and mud, a gentle fire is crackling in the background and you have a sausage in bread in one hand and a glass of wine in the other.... life doesn't get much better! (Except of course when you are then roasting marshmallows by the fire a few hours later.)

Emily turns 5

Emily's 5th party

Emily had a joint party with her friend Abbi. Combining their favourite colours meant that the obviously choice was to have a "pink and purple party". We were lucky enough to get to play some games outside as well as lots of dancing and pass the parcel inside. It was a lovely afternoon for the girls - Happy B'day Emily and Abbi!
