The girls are doing so well on their ponies - they are improving in confidence and skill every time they ride.  Here's a little clip of them trotting around together.

Wattle Festival Train ride

The annual Wattle Festival was a great opportunity to take a train ride back in history... The whole family enjoyed puffing along on the stream train, enjoying the company of good friends.

Happy 6th B'day Emily

4 days after moving Emily celebrated her 6th b'day.  Afternoon tea with Meghan her friend and then a gymnastics party on the following weekend, along with a Pike family lunch meant that Emily was well and truly spoilt and had a wonderful b'day celebration.

The party girl gets to go on the harness and gets swung in the air - Emily mastered the art of back flips with ease.

Welcome to our new home

The 20th July 2012 was moving day for the Walkers - with all the excitment and stress that brings.  Here as some photos from our first morning at Nutfield - well worth the stress I'd say!

June School holidays

The winter school holidays aren't great for getting outside and doing much - but when the sun does come out it's a good chance to take some craft outside and create masterpieces in the sun rather than indoors.

 The other thing to do when it's cold outside is stay in bed with a good book ! In this case, reading to your sister is a great way to pass the time.
